13. Ring Size Responsibility

We are not responsible for rings ordered in the wrong size due to customer error.

If resizing services are available, they will be subject to our current resizing policy, applicable fees, and product eligibility. Certain designs, materials, or personalized rings may not be eligible for resizing.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production or fulfillment has begun.

Orders for personalized, engraved, or custom-made products may not be canceled after production has started.

If an order is canceled before processing begins, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
